  • How to fully coordinate your entire body movement to extract and build the best possible movement patterns for your unique structure
  • How to manage pacing of your inhale and exhale to improve respiratory capacity, digestion, alertness during the day, quality of sleep, blood pressure and more
  • How to sharpen your mental faculties of memory, creativity and focused attention
